Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

If an appointment needs to be rescheduled, client will notify Diana Gogan of Vibrant Expressions LLC dba Fire Horse Ranch, within 24 hours of the scheduled sessio. Rescheduled sessions are on an as-available basis with no guaranteed reschedule. Sessions must be rescheduled within 30 days of original appointment, or will be lost and have no cash value. If a rescheduled session time is unavailable, the time for that session will be lost and have no cash value.

If an event/session is cancelled by Diana Gogan of Vibrant Expressions LLC dba Fire Horse Ranch, client will be offered a full refund or credit applied to a future session or event.

Refund Policy

Credit will be applied towards future private or group sessions, or to an upcoming event. Credit is good for 60 days, and expires after that.


All sessions are paid at the time of scheduling. When scheduling a private session, date and time will be reserved. Payment must be received within 48 hours from date session is scheduled. If payment is not received, session will be cancelled and client must reschedule.

Event/Class/Workshop/Group Activity

Payment is due at time of registration, whether full or first of a payment plan.

Payment Plans

Should a payment be missed, all future coaching sessions will be cancelled until payment on my account is brought up to date. Missed payments will be charged $5.00 per day for the first 5 days and then $25.00 per 30 days after that. Any balance due after 90 days will be submitted to a collections agency.

Services and Coaching Packages

Refunds are not available if client decides to end coaching with Diana Gogan of Vibrant Expressions LLC dba Fire Horse Ranch.  All unused coaching has no cash value.

Upon expiration of any service or coaching package, all unused coaching will be lost and have no cash value.

In the event client does not show up for their in-person session or does not answer for phone/skype/online session that it will be considered a no-show that the scheduled amount of time will be deducted from any package purchased.

It is the clients responsibility to ensure their device (computer/smart phone/tablet) is working properly to connect and participate in virtual/online sessions and groups.Fire Horse Ranch, LLC  is responsible for the cost of the teleconference line and/or webinar platform. Client is responsible for any telephone expense, by their provider if applicable, in order to call into the conference line.
